We love good coffee.  At EscoGelato you’ll find nicely prepared espresso drinks made with locally roasted coffee from Zumbar in Sorrento Valley.

We serve pour over drip coffee, cold brew iced coffee, and ristretto espresso drinks made with perfectly textured milk. We make our our syrups from scratch including our honey-lavender syrup made with lavender from Keys Creek Lavender Farm in Valley Center.

We serve whole leaf tea from Republic ofTea. We brew our own chai concentrate from whole leaf tea and and just enough sweetness to create a perfectly balanced chai latte.

Our iced coffee is prepared using the cold brew method. Cold brew, sometimes called “cold-press” is a method of brewing coffee. Unlike traditional brewing methods, no heat is involved and the extraction process instead relies on time.  The result is a strong concentrate which is diluted with water and then served over ice.
